Buildlogic Construction Consultancy was established to bring a smarter, more technical and more accountable approach to construction consulting across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Australia.
We specialise in building envelope diagnostics, waterproofing strategy, façade and remedial consulting, construction quality reviews and long-term asset protection. Our role is to help developers, builders, facility managers, owners corporations and asset managers understand what is happening within their buildings, why it is happening.

Our foundation comes from years of hands-on construction, waterproofing, defect investigation and remedial project experience. This gives Buildlogic a practical edge.

DAVID MAGDY BUSHARA
David Bushara is a remedial construction consultant with over six years of experience in building diagnostics, remedial investigations and defect resolution. His expertise spans identifying the root cause of complex building issues, developing practical remediation strategies and supporting the successful delivery of remedial works across a range of residential and commercial assets. With a strong understanding of remedial construction methodologies and on-site execution, David combines technical knowledge with a practical approach to assist clients in protecting the long-term performance and integrity of their buildings.

Moufid Sukkar
Moufid Sukkar is a construction and remedial consultant with over 20 years of experience in waterproofing, building diagnostics and remedial engineering. Throughout his career, he has worked across complex residential, commercial and infrastructure projects, specialising in forensic investigations, defect resolution, performance-based design and technical advisory services. With a practical background in construction combined with extensive consulting expertise, Moufid is recognised for identifying the root cause of building failures and delivering strategic, commercially viable solutions that protect asset performance and support long-term project success.
